Marine Oil Spill Response Courses

OPRC, the International Convention on Oil Pollution Preparedness, Response and Cooperation, 1990, required the development of a comprehensive training programme in the field of oil pollution preparedness and response. In this regard training courses were developed by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) and, in the UK, accredited by the Nautical Institute on behalf of the Maritime and Coastguard Agency. Our courses are all delivered by Gorton Consultancy Ltd who are our contracted  provider who hold the Nautical Institute’s Accreditation. Certificates will be  issued in their name for these courses.
